Signed my son up for a phone plan Amazing service. Everybody was so polite and friendly.. Kyle was awesome answered all my annoying questions, and got me a amazing contract

I'm positive I got bumped back a couple of times. I started at 10 then I was number 7 then went to 8 and when I got to 4 someone went ahead of me and the number didn't change. Also I first went to returns at the front of the store only to be told I have to return my item at the cell phone kiosk which took quite awhile then I was sent back to the returns counter and another long line up. Thankfully the lady there was fairly quick. Lastly I think the kiosk people should have a bigger work area.
