I Pre-ordered on the app. Even though there was only one person ahead of me when I arrived. I still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. One person serving customers. Two cleaning the counter. But it looked like more talking than working. Normally, if places look like they're understaffed, I'm more patient. But this was clearly employees taking their sweet time. And they messed up an ice coffee. They put suger in my sister's drink when we said no sugar.

The staff was quite rude. I wanted to order a classic breakfast sandwich with the coupon from the Tims app, but I wasn’t sure which ones were included. When I asked the cashier which are included I couldn’t quite hear her so I asked her again and she said “I already told you” in a snappy and annoyed tone. Not very good service, especially first thing in the morning at the hospital.

Ordered from this Tim Hortons today. At around 4:10, I waited at the counter when I saw the person behind me had already ordered. Since there are two counters, I headed over to the other, thinking that's where I would be ordering. As the lady in front of me finished ordering, I waited, about to order, when the chinese lady (would like to clarify, this is just to point out the staff member. please do not take this in any other way, as I am chinese as well.) behind the counter starting repeatedly asking me, Are you together? Are you guys together? Are you guys together? I replied no, as I was just simply trying to order for myself, when she suddenly snapped, and said; then get back in line. In such a rude tone. I'd like to remind you, I was in line FIRST. I was there, before the other lady was. I would like to add, that the pair in front of me had ordered at the counter that I was originally standing in front of. How am I as a customer, supposed to know which one I'm supposed to stand in front of? The customer service is slow, I'd prefer to just get it all over with. I can understand, that maybe they have a certain way of doing things at their location, but really? Was it necessary to give me that attitude? Will not be coming back here.

So this update is a week after my first visit (as reviewed below) ... I figure I’ll give them another chance and figure there is probably a staffing change and maybe the current workers will be different. I’m not sure how they train this particular location but on this new visit the gentleman who took our order gave us the donuts and decided to go on break without first giving us our drinks. We stood there for a few minutes wondering how long it takes to make two drinks before asking another staff member. We quickly realized the person who took our order left on break. I was hoping to raise the rating of this particular location but I’m seriously disappointed and will leave my one star rating. Below is my initial review from one week earlier... Let me begin by saying I’m a regular customer to Tim’s, almost a daily customer and most Tim’s I’ve experienced are pretty Consistent and reliable at delivering a certain acceptable standard. However on this day it was a different experience. We were stuck in the hospital and picked up breakfast and dinner here. In both cases they forgot a main ingredient in the sandwich we ordered. In the breakfast sandwich they forgot the bacon in the Bagel BELT and in the dinner sandwich they forgot the ham in the ham and cheese. Like how can this happen? After the first sandwich I gave them the benefit as a one off incident and since they were busy cleaning up for the day I didn’t bother bringing it up to the staff. However when it happened again a second time I felt like I had to post this review. The issue with the second error is that I picked up the sandwich as they were closing and have no ability to go back after walking to the opposite side of the hospital. One other thing I don’t agree with and was disappointed with is the fact that they closed the doors 10 minutes before 9pm (the closing time) I guess the staff was in a hurry to get home. Since they pretty much are the only source of food in the hospital other than the vending machines we don’t have much of a choice. Truly a disappointing experience and I think the Tim Hortons name should have a higher standard with better management.
