The ladies who work here are some of the loveliest people, truly. They're super understanding of my anxiety and check in on me regularly during appointments to make sure I'm ok. Incredibly supportive and helpful. Really never thought I'd be so effusive about a Dentist's Office... you know?

Im so lucky to have Dr Angela Serapion as our family Dentist , She is very nice and wonderful Dr. Her service is very amazing and affordable! There staff and the secretary is very friendly and approachable ! Thats why I highly recommend Dr .Angela Serapion !

Inefficient dental sec./front desk, would take you weeks just to have your records retrieved especially if they knew you are changing dentist. Won’t give you an itemized statement of account/receipt if requested, just gives the total amount charged. Their reason?you can do it online with your insurance. Non recommendable, not coming back. Hope they review their customer service.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Angela Serapion for years. Her and her staff are very friendly and wonderful with children. I recommend Dr. Serapion to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. (Even if you're not from the area, like me, I travel from Pickering to see her).

The best dentist I have been to. Period. If Dr. Serapion's protege neice is going to be working as the new dentist, I may just have to start MMA again so I have a reason to visit.

Inquired about an appointment for my dad and all they wanted to know is if my husband has coverage and when he would like to book a cleaning. There is a lack of listening skills.

The dentists here are efficient and very responsive to their client's concerns. Clear about what they were doing when I asked questions and reassured me when they didn't have to!
