We have been clients of Dr. Carrie’s and her staff for 7 or 8 years. They have always been phenomenal, whether it’s how clean and safe they made their office during the pandemic, how they do extra things to make us feel more comfortable (hand paraffin waxes, cleaning your rings, sun glasses so the overhead light isn’t comfortable, etc. although some of these have stopped due to the pandemic), and they even sent us cookies to our home over the holidays!! The staff are amazing. Amanda at the front is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the hygienists are so patient and caring to my entire family since my children were toddlers. They even give Hollywood Gelato vouchers to the kids if they are cavity free! We’ve referred them multiple times to friends over the years, and I highly recommend them!

She took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood my oral health needs and any potential treatments required. One aspect that truly stood out was their patient-centered approach. Dr. Hui genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being throughout the appointment. They listened attentively to my concerns and answered all my question with patience and empathy. Great dentist in our Neighborhood!
