Store collection is good but one of the employee today at the cash was so so rude. She was a mid age old lady. Not only with me she was also very rude with other customers as well. I was returning a kid jacket with tag and receipt. She was telling me why I was returning back and forth many times. If next time I return it the system will not take it and some crazy stuff. Where as every time there is a new transaction. So far I understand. Where as I just got the jacket 1 week ago for the wrong size was purchased was a reason for the return. I am doing shopping at WINNERS MARSHALL HOMESENSE for last 7 years in a ROW. No one honestly never anyone has talk to me like that in TJX store ever. My suggestion is --- IF SHE IS HAVING A BAD DAY OR BAD TIME she should just sit back to her home rather than coming to WORK. Rather than making other people's day miserable by her attitude. I would really appreciate an apology from the STORE.

Store is good but the staff is very rude. I went to return running shoes which I bought yesterday evening , the lady refused to accept return and gave me reason that I should have wore it in home only and not outside. I don’t understand how someone is expected to use running shoes in home and run to check comfort? It was just excuse to not accept the return which is bought less than 24 hours . She shows me exit door and avoided talking to me. She made me feel guilty in front of all other crowd . She treated me like a criminal. I never faced this kind of discrimination in life. I forgot to get her name, once I get her name I will update review with her name .

Nice place same products like winners has… but in lesser quantity… I would prefer winners over this Marshall store…

This location had some nice items on clearance. I was able to purchase some Puma sliders for $ 20.00

Bad experience with cashier named Hameeda. I went to return athletic pants I bought a few weeks ago from winners. The tags were on and I had a receipt. She said she won’t take the return because the logo of the company isn’t specifically printed on the inside band and it’s their “policy” that it has to be”. That’s how it’s designed.. since when does winners design clothing now? it had the tag with the logo/size/material etc inside and the logo on the ankle. the strangest excuse I have ever heard. I then went to their athletic section and found a couples pairs of pants without any logo printed on the band, showed them to her and she said “oh this one has a logo on the thigh”. ok and mine had it on the ankle? Why does that matter? She told me I have to go to winners to return it so I did and I was able to return it with ease. Worst experience with a winners employee who won’t accept a return and lied to me.

This store is an average store focussed on the sunburn like family needs. Mainly focused on cloths that are casual or sport. There are always a few more elegant options. However, the man section appears to be more oriented towards a casual outfit. Although the store is located next to a home sense you can still find some unique deals here as well. The home section is average size but well stocked. If you avoid de Saturday Sunday “family rush hour” the store is actually empty and it is a pleasure to walk though.

A good sized Marshall’s that had felt spacious and pretty well stocked. Big wide open area with wide aisles. A pretty good selection of most items from shoes to clothing. There is a front and rear entrance with more parking at the rear entrance. The store was clean and organized and staff were available. The store was bright, well lit, and check out was fairly quick. I shopped on a Sunday morning and it was a good experience.

This place perfect, got my summer stuff shirts, good price and very quite place, not busy but everything is available. Nice shopping and experience. May come again.
