09-02-2023 01:51I LOVE Len's Mill! So many fabrics, buttons, ribbon, etc...to choose from. Honestly, I refer to it as the Costco of fabrics!!! I was at Len's Mill yesterday and it was my first time there in over 5 years as I live in Ottawa. I always leave the store with plenty of fabric. I made skirts from fabric I bought in 2015 and 2016 and people always say how much they love my skirt. I asked a few staff members where I could find specific fabric and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel was the man who cut my fabric and Paige was the cashier. I couldn't help but notice they both had smiles on their faces and were so pleasant to deal with. The staff at my local Fabricland all wear a sour expression and are not pleasant to deal with. I plan on making regular trips back to Len's Mill next year. I forgot how much I missed Len's Mill!

08-19-2023 03:18Great spot for fabric, crafts, giant foam for Halloween costumes etc. It’s a bit disorganized and it’s hit or miss with staff being friendly but even with that it’s still awesome. Everyone can find something interesting here. Go for project supplies or inspiration or bring your kids to come up with their own craft project. Prices are reasonable.

08-18-2023 01:02Disappointed and not worth the drive. Warehouse setup and sure it has a lot of merchandise but their prices are not bargain prices. Handicraft paraphernalia upon entry: leather cords for jewelry sold by the metre. Several aisles of yarn near the entrance and not impressed by their prices. I was looking forward to losing myself wandering in their warehouse finding lots to buy, but the ambiance and dingy setup were not attractive or conducive to eager shoppers wanting to buy. I just found myself kept saying I want to leave this place. No second visit for sure.

08-16-2023 04:41This place was we so big and had so much to choose from how ever if you don't like the heat or the humidity I don't recommend you shopping in the store on a hot day there is no air conditioning and it's extremely hot the ladies were extremely nice at cash but I had a older lady who cut my fabric and was so rude I almost left the store without my fabric because of her it's like she didn't even want to do her job much less help with the question I went to ask. I feel like if you are not a friendly person don't work retail if it wasn't for the nice ladies at cash I would never go back here all because of the employee in the back she should be working a job that don't require you to help customers

08-09-2023 21:48I found every imaginable item for all my crafty ideas, from fabric to yarn to buttons and a million types of cutters! And little plastic containers for my buttons. Paints and brushes for artwork, sheets of printed, die-cut paper stock, beads, stencils, pliers, and tapes. And on and on, for ALL your crafty ideas. I think I've rediscovered a gem after having come here 3 years ago and forgotten about it.

05-01-2023 06:02This place offers everything I need for my crafts: fabric (clothing and upholstery), sewing supplies, knitting/crochet supplies (found way more yarn options than Michael's), embroidery and cross stich. (Not limited to these ones, I listed only my hobbies). Prices are fair in general, you may be able to find good deals there for sure.
