08-19-2023 23:47Had my first appointment here today with Kevin, an incredibly friendly person! The staff here seem like they have an immense amount of knowledge and made me feel more comfortable. I only got a haircut but it was one of the best I’ve had in a while. The wash chair was also the most comfortable I’ve been in. I will definitely be returning.

07-05-2023 01:48One of the top three worst haircuts I've ever had and it's going to take months to grow it out. The designer had cut it way shorter than discussed, several areas are totally uneven, the top layers are completely different on the left vs the right and the back looks like a completely different hairstyle altogether. I hoped it would be better once I washed and re-styled it myself at home but it's so awful. I look like Wendy the physical therapist from Seinfeld. The designer kept trying to sell me product the entire time I was there which was super annoying. No amount of overpriced product is going to fix my hair. I feel awful every time I look in the mirror and wish with all my soul I never set foot in this salon.
