We were due for a new panel. Our fuse kept blowing up so I looked around hoping to run into a business who are honest. I brought up my situation to my boss and she said that she knows a guy. So she quickly connected us and soon Corey sent over his quote but he was still confused because I told him that another company told us to upgrade to 200 amp. Corey didn't understand this so he took time and he came to look at the panel and look further into the details himself and then he advised us that we don't need 200 amp as we have a sami which doesn't take that much power unless we had heated pool and other things that may require more power. He also took the time to explain to us just how much work and money would go into upgrading from 100 to 200 amp. He asked if the other company explained this in detail to us before they gave us their quote? I told him no, they didn't. Once Corey investigated things, he adjusted the quote which worked out way better for us. If I didn't come across Farrow Electric, I'm pretty sure things wouldn't have worked out in our favour. We are very happy with the work that Corey and the team at Farrow Electric did for us.
