We were looking for window coverings for our retail store that would still provide a good amount of daylight inside without people being able to look in. A very friendly lady sat down with us to help us out u0026 booked us a free consultation for our business. We also talked about security, lighting u0026 fire alarm systems u0026 she was very helpful u0026 knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. Excellent service u0026 prices for a centrally located store. Always a great selection of gardening, plumbing, painting u0026 cleaning supplies. A regular customer that always finds what I need and they offer key cutting with the latest technology without a long wait. Always plenty of staff on the floor in different departments u0026 quick u0026 easy checkouts.

08-09-2023 17:51The automated agent when I call Home Depot absolutely sucks. It apparently does not recognize when I say 'english' very clearly, multiple times. It is very disappointing for a company that prides itself off professional customer service. We all just want to speak with a real human that can provide assistance. All I want to know is how long a 1 week tool rental is....5 days or 7 days? Sincerely, a disappointed customer. 'Happy' Sunday

07-24-2023 02:30Thanks to these two jerks who think they're better than everyone else parking in the curbside pickup area, then going inside to shop. And thanks to the multiple employees who passed by them and did nothing. Kid asleep in the back; can't go in the store. That's what curbside pickup is for.

07-01-2023 21:25The good about this store: Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Five stars for the staff. The bad: Appliance delivery (through a third-party delivery agency). I keep buying appliances at this store (two ranges, a fridge and a dishwasher) because I can get there easily on my bike. Prices are good. But I keep saying I'll never do it again because of the delivery service they use. I got a request to write a review on the installation of the last range I bought. Nice guys, but no installation was performed.The installers merely put the range in the spot where it belongs and plugged it in. After they left, I read the dire warning about not using the range without installing the anti-tip bracket that I found inside the oven. So I'm supposed to wrestle the stove out and figure out where and how to put this thing on the slate floor? Surely that would be part of the installation I was asked to write a review about. They also did not level it, as I found out the first time I used it and melted some butter in a frying pan and it all went to one side. Finally, they must have discovered in the past that people sometimes forget to empty out the storage drawer. Then they get a lot of free stuff.They did not bother to remind me to check it. Hence, I lost the iron frying pan I got for my 21st birthday that I've been using for 49 years. (And a lot of other stuff, not sentimental, but still useful.) When I realized this, I phoned the delivery number six times and left messages, that day and the next day. No one picked up or returned my calls. I gave them $10 tip each. What a sucker. You'd better be enjoying my iron frying pan.
