Very happy with the tire chug but no on customer service. First I was greeted with a finger pointing at me then wagging at me to approach??? Told no internet down when I asked for password, then when I went to pay I was told “I told you internet was down”??? Other agent gets involved and both act like I’m being unreasonable. I had cash 🙏🏻 But said a curtesy call would have been nice.

These guys are really careful with your alloys, unlike most dealerships. Their prices and choice are also great. Customer service is awesome. Thank you.

Great service, very competitive pricing and fast. My appointment was 11am for 4 new tires, 305/30/20. Was done and gone in less than 45 min.

Im new to the gatineau area, and my french is really bad and I'm really self conscious about jt,when i first enter any business . this place was extremely friendly and patient with me trying to speak French with them and also fast and efficient . I really enjoy when a business is understanding of my language barrier .defiantly will do business here in the future !

Not the one to give out bad reviews but this place was something else. Don't know if they'd had a bad day but they put all that on us. We were asked to go there by the tire company. Worst service ever!!! Treated like dirt by an employee and the boss didn't care. They scratched our previously impeccable alloy wheels in multiple places. Instead of asking where the lock nuts were, they just started searching the car, making a mess everywhere. We litteraly had to tell him to stop and took them out for him. Never recommending this place.

Hours are not super convenient for anyone with a job. You certainly need a job because tires are not cheap. Good selection though and relatively easy to reserve/book. They could get rid of the old crone at the front desk, she doesn't help customers, and she isn't nice.
