11-17-2023 08:05We loved the food! We tried the drunken noodles and Bamboo Legend Pad Thai, washed down with tiger beer. It was awesome. The wait staff were friendly and efficient, short wait time for meals and food nice and hot. Everything was really well priced. If we lived locally, it would be our go to place for Thai food. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience! 😃❤️

09-03-2023 21:30Stopped here for lunch around 3 pm and we were the only ones. A nicely decorated shop and very cozy too. We got the Bamboo legend pad thai and different fried rice options. The pad thai was a bit sweet and sour than expected. Fried rice was good. All the food was ok , nothing exceptional. Would have preferred it to be spicy. When we ate it with chilli flakes it was good. The food came out really fast after we placed the order. For dessert we had the Mango sticky rice pudding and it was good. But one plate had the rice uncooked and a bit hard. Otherwise it was good.

06-19-2023 21:40This cute place is a new family-run Thai joint. Don't miss out: The big China Dragon sign hasn't yet been removed! Most of the menu is the standard Thai fare, but they have a couple of twists. What I would consider standard is executed very well; the vegetables are crisp, the homemade dried hot peppers are a grand addition to the meal, and the presentation was delightful. The twists: The sticky rice was PERFECT. It had a little bit of sweetness and was clearly steamed the appropriate way. The cashew-nut calamari appetiser was to-die-for. Sweet, tangy, and utterly delightful. The house pad thai was also great; many (many many) places in the area use sen mee (tiny) rather than sen lek (small) noodles; you wouldn't think that matters so much, but it totally changes the experience. They also use enough tamarind in their sauce for me to feel that it is authentic. Being an 'Asian Bistro' who just got their start, I'm happy that they stick to Thai. I'd LOVE to have a pad see ew made from these folks because they would kill it. But also knowing the care, craft, and history that they have with Vietnamese food, I may hope they steer out of their lane a little because I know they would rock the hell out of some of that. Not a full pho menu, but just some little things... My main bug was the pop-radio music. It was seriously off-putting to listen to dancy pop music while seated to have dinner. Music sets a mood, and... well, I was there to eat, rather than dance. :-D

05-14-2023 02:30I visited Bamboo Legend Asian Bistro at Niagara falls with my family yesterday. It was an amazing experience. Food was excellent, service was amazing and the manager was able to customize our order on request. Healthy food, perfectly cooked with very little oil. We had the perfect vegetarian food here. Loved the service and the hospitality. I will recommend this place to all who would like to try Asian cusine. Worth the time and money.
