06-18-2023 10:30Customer Service At It’s BEST! My 2010 truck had been sounding pretty awful, and the shape of our roads certainly didn’t help. I was referred by our family mechanic to see Spring Service LTD. Last Friday, I visited their shop. Mel came out to take a look and confirmed that I would need my two leaf spring’s replaced. One was completely broken and the other cracked. He offered a verbal quote on the spot. He further advised not to drive it if at all possible and I was lucky the first one turned inward as opposed to outward-which could cut my tire! From there we went in to see where I could be fit in. Monday! Wow-seriously? Why yes; I could absolutely have it back for you first thing in the morning. Repaired and on the road later that afternoon-and as quoted. Mel and his team were friendly, kind and trustworthy. I felt so comfortable with the entire process and would highly recommend Spring Service!
