I was just at the Kitchener location this evening. They still had a pretty good selection for this late in the season. I definitely miss the animatronics being set up. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very knowledgeable - I overheard someone asking if another location had something, and the staff member said they don't have the phone numbers for the other stores, so they could not call. I got the same response when I asked a different staff member. There are also no change rooms - which makes it hard to know if you are getting the right fit. They also do not allow you to try on over your clothes. With the location being on the outskirts of the city, who on earth wants to take it home , try it on and have to bring it back for exchange??? It would make more sense to put fitting rooms back like there used to be, or not tell people that can not try on over their clothes in the store. There are no signs posted staring this and again being out of the way I would bever leave without knowing I an getting the right fit. Of you accept exchanges after someone has taken the item home and tried it on- just let people try in store. It will prevent future returns/exchanges. I was not pleased with that aspect of the experience at all. I may not return in the future due to this. (Also,please don't bother responding with some covid excuse- all clothing stores have fitting rooms again and have for some time now).

I mean if you’re looking for a Halloween costume you won’t find a better selection anywhere else. The amount of options available was pretty impressive. I was looking for a hotdog costume. Mission accomplished. I went in a man, and I walked out a wiener.

Tons of costumes and masks, prices are very high for novelties and masks, good masks start at about $60 and up

Smaller than the main one in Guelph. Has everything you can think of for holloween. Sign up for there emails so you can get the coupons of 20%. They are pricey with costumes and I feel there decorations are fairly priced.

This company does not cater to plus size people. They have all straight sizes but when it comes to plus sizes it’s a “plus size one size” which is still too small for my boyfriend. Also they lie about what they have in store on their website, it said they had plus size Fiona and they don’t. Extremely frustrating experience and not one employee was willing to help us find something that would work. They also said what it says on their computer isn’t accurate. So what is the point of having a system then if it’s not accurate?

Really likes the store. Reminds me of the one I worked at in high school. Scared my kid with one of the animated things. Got a custom also fit well and like the option for returns and exchange. Staff was friendly and interacted with everyone I went in with.

Giving 3 stars and it would have been higher because the store does offer a wide variety u0026 even unique Halloween items, at checkout your asked to donate to childrens hospital and you get a long speech before the cashier asks for your donation u0026 then when you politely decline because times are tough u0026 everything is expensive you don’t have it in your budget to donate - you are then met with if you’d like to round your purchase so the rest can go towards donating -again declined because at this point it’s getting too pushy u0026 upon departure no “have a good day” like the customer infront of you received ,after donating $2.A “would you like to donate to ____ ?” Would have sufficed just like they do at Walmart or zehrs. Not against donating just against pushy tactics! Happy Halloween
