As much as I appreciated the very welcoming, courteous, and accommodating owner, I strongly suggest the salon to be more professional in services, cleanliness, and a calm working place. Half job done by one, calling other to do the rest of the part and the third one, washing color with water all over the face of the client, offering to do color and condition and then completely forget. It was simply confusion amongst the service providers. Massage was very good; Thank you. But there was so much noise by the salon workers outside that it was not relaxing. I really wish there is more professionalism at the salon, The owner is very sweet, kind, and wonderful; hope the above factors are taken in account as it simply does not seem to be a professional salon. I must mention that the owner is accommodating and patient despite me being late couple of times. Thank you and hope the above points are taken in consideration as they are coming from a good place.

1st time to the spa on someone’s recommendation for men’s facial. Ms. Aman did a ok job but their way of charging at the end is very fishy:(( The owner lady never disclosed the breakdown and what their rates and taxes are but foe 2 facials $80x2 has been charged for $230 and no proper explanation given! Even I’ve tipped our therapist but she was just doing what owner asked for! I was in rush to get out but probably you can buildup more trust if you disclose your rates and stop up charging with round ups of nos! You lose trust of your clients.

Horrible experience. Please don't go here if you love ur nails. Nails were cut wrong, nail polish was dry and bad job done overall. I usually do not write bad reviews because I know it will affect their business over a small mistake. However, hurting and making them bleed during a manicure is just unprofessional. Won't recommend it to anyone. Pictures taken right after we came out of the salon, paid full price. (attached for reference)

Worst service ever we had in our life!! Completely horrible experience, the ladies doesn’t even know how to do threading properly, completely shaved off everything!! They used infected waxing strips that caused me rashes everywhere on my arm….even the staff negotiates the price accordingly to their consumer. If there’s no one in the shop, they will charge you extra without any reason (no fixed prices). Very rude service!! Please don’t go there!!
