Starbucks

My favourite starbucks in the city. Alyssa is so friendly, she remembers my name and order and it’s always great to chat with her!

CA$10–20

5 stars for the awesome service from the gentleman working the drive thru tonight (Nov 30th, 7:30pm). Always happy with the service from all staff and their positive attitudes toward customers :) 1 star for no tip option on the debit machine, how am I supposed to tip the baristas when I don’t have cash :(

I love coming here, cuz they treat me like family 💕 great staff and great service and atmosphere!

Guess they don't actually open at 5:30am. Was there at 5:40am and even waited another 5 minutes before giving up. Looked like two employees were waiting in the parking lot, maybe somebody with the key was late for their shift? Super disappointing being the only location SUPPOSEDLY open before 6am, won't go out of my way to go there before work ever again.

Service is typically friendly, but I can't get over the fact that there is a half inch empty at the top of my cup despite ordering my coffee with no room.

This place has gone down hill. Not only did drive through take 20 mins for 4 cars. But my sandwich was so wonderful put together. Sucks I can't share a picture of my sandwich and how it looked. I'll go to a different location from now on

3.5 stars to the store but 5 stars to the staff. All of the employees are clearly genuinely caring, positive, and hard-working. Unfortunately, the service can be slow and the store could be cleaner but this is clearly due to a lack of employees! Thank you baristas for all you do. IMO the beverage quality is worth the wait :) Shout-out to Sunny for adding a ray of positivty to my day today!

Opening hours state they're open until 9PM. Arrived at the location at 8.40 PM after being turned away from another Starbucks location that displayed they're open until 10, only to find out that this location also has already packed up and gone home. Unprofessional and unacceptable! Not what I'm used from Starbucks!
