Real Canadian Superstore Calgary 6th Ave

Popular public bathrooms at the downtown location. It shows the staff don’t bother servicing them. No toilet paper most of the time and pee all over the toilet seats. The cleaning staff need to up their game and start doing their job. Nobody likes using filthy bathrooms. Nobody!! Get rid of them if you’re cleaning staff is not going to bother servicing them. They are Disgusting!!

Great store, friendly staff, pretty sketchy outside and it’s a pain to remember to register parking inside. They also don’t offer paper bags (even for purchase) so if you forget your bags you’ll have to pay for more reusable bags/cause more waste. I still shop here often and would recommend.

I love this superstore. It’s not overly busy and also have heated underground parking. Love the pick up service in the underground parking which is great for winter. Lots of selection, and clean. There are some homeless time to time to buy stuff, beside than over all is very good and clean.

Pretty much generally helpful staff, largely decent cashier's except the one odd rare person who is genuinely bad at customer service. Stock is mostly there, shelved. Good cursory customer service - ask a slightly deeper question or two about product pricing and be prepared to be stonewalled for a bit. Oh and for it location next to the drop in center? Generally a very clean and safe place. Well managed.

Even Calgary’s superstore is big and beautiful. Other than it’s beautiful architecture, it’s a superstore, nothing more, nothing less. It has everything one would expect, with a sprinkle of unnecessary price hikes as well 🥲.

This superstore, located on the second floor, provides convenient access via lifts or escalators. While the setup is practical, the atmosphere falls short due to discomfort caused by the presence of homeless individuals. This can make shopping a less-than-pleasant experience. It's unfortunate that the store's positive features might be overshadowed by this issue, as the accessibility options and layout seem well thought out.

This store was large, clean, isles were spacious, prices were clearly marked, and had everything a big supermarket chain would usually stock. The self checkout was easy to use and it wasn’t too crowded. Would come back if I ever needed anything else while I’m in the city

Customer service was not friendly . I understand they were busy however don't have to be rude and poor services. Just know how to apologize when you forget one customer was waiting after you told me to instead of giving attitude when you realize you forgot. Remember you are paid to provide answers and solutions to customers and learn what the better services are. I am sure the company train you that way not the way you are at work currently.
