11-15-2023 14:33Like the other reviews, I would give it less stars if I could. The clothes themselves came back clean so they did their job but the customer service was the most bizarre and made me feel bad about myself. I said to the employee working that I was excited to pick up my dry cleaning (I was getting my football/hockey jerseys and bridesmaid dresses) and they say, You're excited to pick up dry cleaning? You won't be after you see the price. I had expected the price and I knew it would be high (I was doing them all at the same time) but there was no reason to not only bring it up the price but also bring my mood down when I was genuinely excited to see my clothes. As I was paying for it, the front person then asked Are you even going to wear these clothes again? It doesn't actually matter to anyone whether or not I wear my clothes again but the comment was unnecessary and made me feel dumb. If you can, please take your clothes elsewhere. I've worked many customer service jobs and know that this interaction was unnecessary and inappropriate.

10-25-2023 22:07Moved into the Tuxido area and gave this location I try. Dropped off my stuff for a rush and came to pick it up a day after I was scheduled to. In other words they had extra day to complete the cleaning. Half my stuff was missing. Now waiting for them to find it. The kid at the counter decide it would be a good idea to still charge me the rush fee on the half of the items that had been cleaned. This isn’t necessarily fault of that location, as all the stuff is delivered to a central plant. This is just a complete screw up (which they never apologize for). Losing peoples items is just part of their day-to-day operation. Very bad company that almost corners the market for dry cleaning in Winnipeg. I plan to take my businesses elsewhere from now on.

09-09-2023 00:31I was hesitant to bring my clothes to this location as the reviews were terrible. Since the reviews were over a year old I thought I would give it a try. My husband brought his uniform here and his experience was just fine. I expressed my concern to the front desk staff and was told this is under new management. I had NO issues whatsoever. We will definitely be going back! The lady who helped me was very kind and friendly.

07-13-2023 17:00If I could put less than one star I would. My husband and I had an awful experience with this Perth's. I dropped off two custom suits, 5 shirts, and a couple other items on a Friday and asked that it be rushed for Monday. Went to pick the items up Tuesday and was told they were lost. They suggested we might have to buy new clothes as my husband needed them for his business trip the next day. They said they would not reimburse this cost but only give cleaning credit. Like we'd want to go back after they lost the clothes! Had to call 3 times over the next day and a half until they were finally located UNCLEANED at their warehouse. We had to then go pick them up from the warehouse ourselves. Ridiculous.
