Dad and I had our home ducts cleaned this morning by Home Depot Cleaning Services--Steam Dry Canada--Winnipeg. The service person that did the call to our home was named Chris. The results of the cleaning were tremendous. As well, each of our questions was answered politely and with patience. We highly recommend this company and Chris in particular.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Steam Dry Canada and had the work performed by their amazing associate, Chris, who cleaned our house vents. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, I was impressed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by Steam Dry Canada. The booking process was easy and efficient, and I received a confirmation email right away. On the day of the appointment, Chris arrived and was incredibly friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain the cleaning process to me and answer all of my questions thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. One of the things I appreciated most about Chris was his attention to detail. He took before and after photos of our vents, which he showed to me during the process, and the difference was incredible. Our vents were absolutely spotless and looked as good as new! I was so impressed by the quality of work that Chris did and the level of care that he took in ensuring that our home was left in pristine condition. Chris and James did a fabulous job cleaning all our ducts. Blaze and Kyle did an excellent job steam cleaning our carpets. I highly recommend both Home Depot's duct cleaning and steam carpet cleaning services. The prices for both services were very reasonable.

Just had Steam Dry clean our HVAC ducts, furnace and dryer vent. Chris, Ryan, and Kyle were very professional. They arrived, went though the house and informed me of any problem areas they noticed. They also explained the options that were available to me and the price thereof. After agreeing upon said options, they promptly started and kept me informed as to their progress as they went along. When they finished, they ensured that everything was cleaned up and then went through the bill again to make sure everything was correct. Would highly recommend them.

Chris did an awesome thorough job cleaning our ducts, furnace, HVAC, u0026 dryer vent. He was friendly, worked quickly u0026 shared key information with us. Recommend him u0026 this service to others.

After cancelling on me initially due to an (alleged) truck breakdown, my duct cleaning appt was rescheduled at their soonest available date (3-weeks later). Chris showed up, and while friendly enough he advised me just prior to starting that there would be an additional $50.00 fee due to having to work in a crawl space. As you can see in the photos my furnace is accessible through two 6-foot doors separate from the crawl space area which is located behind the furnace and water heater. (He would have had to have knelt to access the return even if the furnace was in the middle of an empty room). Even if this was company policy as he alleged, I found no such mention anywhere in the sales sheets I was provided, or on the website, nor in the contract for services emailed to me. Unfortunately it was now my turn to cancel their services. BEWARE ATTEMPT AT INTRODUCING HIDDEN FEES. However, I DO RECOMMEND THEIR CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. It's unfortunate I cannot review them separately as they were separate services booked on separate days. Cole (carpet cleaner) was fantastic. Friendly, professional, and did a great job. Carpets look great. Would definitely recommend and use this service again. Will be sure to ask for Cole by name!

Despite high ratings for this company, I experienced a few issues that continue to go unaddressed. I purchased duct cleaning including camera inspection, santization of ducts , furnace tune up, dryer vent cleaning. 1) Despite paying for camera inspection which was one of the services I needed the most, the crew showed up with a broken camera and was unable to perform this part of the job with no intention of finding a replacement camera. 2) A helper arrived, told me how much he wished he was in bed sleeping which I thought was quite unusual to say to a customer. About 15 mins into the job, the lead person got into a verbal argument with the helper in my mechanical room. I was informed he was no longer welcome on the job site and the crew left for a few hours before returning. 3) I was convinced into purchasing their furnace tune up which I was told is typically much more expensive but I was getting a great deal because of all of the services I had purchased. I am not exactly sure what was performed. They didn't even have clean furnace filters available and was told that its a courtesy and not included as part of their tune up. I called the company shortly after the crew left to report the issues I had experienced. I was assured I would be able to speak with someone from customer service within 48 hours. About a week had passed so I called to follow up. I was told someone would call me either by the end of the day or the next day. I did not receive a call. I called in a third time, and despite being given a window to speak with someone from customer service, no one called. In hindsight, I regret paying for a service that I was unsatisfied with. I figured since they are associated with home depot, their customer service team would at least talk to me about the issues I had experienced. If you do choose to go with this company, I would recommend holding off on payment if you are unsatisfied until customer service addresses the issues. Otherwise they may never get back to you.
