My wife and I had a very negative experience with this location. Brought a phone, was porting a corporate number. Current Koodo customer, wanted my wife to be under my account with her phone number. She wanted to have the 10GB plan. The unfriendly associate that evening wouldn't do anything for us, insisting that she needed her own account set up online first. The next evening went to Southgate Koodo and did everything we initially wanted to do. Why was it so hard at this location?

Hi, I don't usually write bad reviews unless they are helpful. Signed up for TELUS TV/Internet to be installed Sept 2nd. I told them I needed this done as I do work from Home, TELUS said no problem. They came Sept 2 and advised it could not be set up due to a Fiber Optic cable issues and it would take two weeks to fix. As this was unacceptable, I checked into Shaw service and they were about week away to do an install. I called TELUS to cancel and that I was going to Shaw, So TELUS said could get it done bye next week. They said the would look after me on my bill and maybe add a couple programs, Someone from the loyalty dept. would reach out for this. I said okay. Week later they came and installed internet but I had no cable box to set up and the tech doesn't carry any cable boxes. I still do not have cable but I'm paying for the service and no one from TELUS has reach out to advise on what happening. I would NOT recommend TELUS going forward. SHAW might be the way to go.!
