My husband and I love the vegetarian menu here, our favourite in Winnipeg. The owner is very nice and great service. Our favourite dishes are the deep fried mushrooms, wontons with chilli garlic sauce, deluxe wonton soup, vegetarian beef with ginger and onions, deep fried chow mein. Never disappoints!

We have had delivery both times. A hidden gem for sure. Food is so good and so fresh! The portions are larger then most places. The coatings are not super thick and doughy like lots of other places. The lemon chicken is full pounded and coated chicken breasts! Best chinese I've ever had!

Spring Roll is a diamond in the rough. Been around for decades. It is family run and their food is delicious with fresh ingredients. The menu is affordable. We live their wonton soups, lemon chicken plate.

Vegetarian menu is large and everything I’ve tried is delicious. One star lost due to the poor level of cleanliness. I don’t recommend using the washroom as the stairs are steep and not terribly stable. I highly recommend the vegetarian food, especially BBQ pork and vegetarian 8 treasures.

Our favorite hidden gem! Always get double order spicy chicken and deep fried mushrooms. The owner is very nice to my kids and food tastes amazing. We will always come back no matter how far away we live!

I can't comment about the in-house experience because we always pick up, but their food is excellent! While the establishment may be easy to overlook or misjudge based solely on its outside appearance, it more thank makes up for this shortcoming with flavourful tasty dishes that are consistent and always sure to satisfy. Their deep fried breaded veal is unlike anything else I've ever had, and their noodle dishes are always incredible! While I can't confirm this first-hand, I've been told by many friends that they also have excellent offerings for vegetarians, too!

I've gone several times and can recommend this place! I have gotten it once where it was not that good but it seems to have been a one off. Definitely recommend the deluxe Wonton soup and the vegan veal.

The food is really good. The owner, I assume, is super friendly. The food comes out really quick too. I recommend getting the deep fried tofu with peanut sauce, the wonton soup, the deep fried mushroom with spicy salt, and the sweet and sour gluten balls. They give pretty big portion too.
