10-22-2023 03:50Very non cooperative shop This is our last visit to this shop They are doing business in canada but policies from Pakistan. The sales person promised to give us store credit if we bring it back. Then the other sales woman refused to honour her commitment Very much disappointed as we were travelling and did not have much time to search out an exchange

09-04-2023 02:01Great customer service by Azlal at this location. We were welcomed into the store and experienced a lot of help when it came to sizing, selection of designs and matching colors. Azlal was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help us throughout our time at the store. The store itself was very clean and maintained. You can tell that they put effort into maintaining the store. One recommendation is for this store to restock shirvani's and replace the ones that are worn out or old. Some of the displays had fabric falling apart, and it's not a professional look. Other than inventory at the time of visiting, we had a very positive experience here. The brother actually helped me secure a vest at another location in Milton which showed that the employees care about their customers!

08-07-2023 16:03Good styles of Pakistani clothing. They have quality selections on Shalwar Kameez, Sherwanis, footwear and kurtas for Men. They are one of the few places in the GTA that carry Kufa-style caps, reasonably priced ($20-25). Plenty of formal and wedding clothing for women as well. The store is very neatly arranged and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

06-10-2023 09:17Went and asked for a return (of course didn’t know I couldn’t return, naturally confused because the clothes are pricey and my husband was the one who purchased it). Two two ladies start talking in Urdu right in front of me about how silly I was not to know I couldn’t return. A little bit of professionalism next time please. I don’t think they knew I could understand Urdu. Edit: judging by the reviews it seems as if you get better treatment if you come across as south Asian or speak Urdu fluently. Go and practice your Urdu folks.
