11-15-2023 08:26Very dreary Walmart since the pandemic hit with seemingly less employees to maintain the store. Anchoring the Square One on the south east corner, it has three entrances close to P8 on the north side, P1 parking near the City Centre Dr. u0026 Kariya Gate on the south east corner, and the mall entrance itself. There are the usual store greeters stationed by the escalators, security to watch you come in and out, and the McDonalds/McCafe in this store (located on the second floor). Their produce is very extremely hit or miss, make sure to inspect carefully as there's lots of bumps and bruises on vegetables. The downstairs cashier near the mall entrance was closed (perhaps only open during peak time). Doesn't feel like the amount of customers decreased, but definitely less cashiers and longer waiting in line to cash out. Do note, they recently implemented self-serve checkouts on the second floor and new escalators. Note: Pick-up is located upstairs on the second floor near the left side of McDonald's.

11-02-2023 20:09Squareone Walmart used to be my favorite walmart store , However, it's so dirty and disgusting now. My daughter and I just witnessed a RAT ran across the frozen food section between frozen vegetables and yogurt. My daughter and I ran back to the upper floor. We saw A RAT at Squareone WALMART on July 24th at 6pm Its disgusting. I took some photos of the dirty floors but sharing only 2. Please Walmart Do something about this. I put one star because I cant post without giving any stars.

09-26-2023 06:44I was shopping around 5:30pm today when I checked a few Christmas items out on the self-serve. The scanner showed 5 items at full price even though they were marked 50% off. I informed the customer service monitor who got a woman who identified herself as the department manager, and said only some items on the shelf are 50% off. I knew this wasn't true as I have been in this area for many years and the discount is always applied to the entire shelves. I asked the monitor for a higher manager. Then there was another guy who identified himself as the customer service manager. He gave me the 50% off but acted like he was doing me a favour and refused to honour the scanning code of conduct, which I read to him. Customers are entitled to the first product free up to a maximum of 10 dollars if the scanned price is higher than the marked price. He did not seem to care when I said I had pictures of the shelf and would complain to the general store manager. The general manager does not put his extension, just the store number so it is very difficult to reach him, also complicated by the fact that every associate will tell you they are the manager when asked. The whole episode costed me an hour of my time. This location has the worst customer service because they feel no accountability for their actions. The online number for customer service refused to assist me with this issue.

08-30-2023 14:54Best place, I go to get groceries and all other items. This place is little crowded most of the time I visited. The staffs were helpful just in case if we need any help with finding out the products. Sometimes I order home delivery from this Walmart center and they delivered on time.

08-18-2023 09:04Today I went to this Walmart and I saw some cosmetics I took two of them and when I went to the register the price was coming wrong. The cashier called the person from that department but there was no one I was getting send to different people and when the person came they said this is not the price for that thing and there is no price for this one. I told them that this is department's fault that they did not put the price here and when I went to the manager with the picture she came with me they put the price I should her the picture and the time they still were saying same thing and when I said I wanna speak to the store manager they said ok don't go that far we will give they wasted 1 hour of mine by sending me to 7 different people like I have nothing else to do. Walmart need to see all there pricing I have been shopping with Walmart from 10 years and today was very disappointing for me 😑😑😑😑

07-20-2023 17:55The renovations are making things look a bit better, and feel more organized. There’s a big issue that I, and human rights, have with the fact that you do not accept cash at the self check outs, and only have one check out Line that accepts cash, open, ever. Whether you may be being paid off to make it hard for people to pay cash, to conform with this digital currency agenda, or it’s just that you really want to cut jobs, either way, it’s garbage. There are many people that still want to pay cash, either open more cash lines, or make it accessible to pay cash, as other Walmarts do, at self check out. I’m confident that, as you have high standards with customer service, this wouldn’t be a hard thing to fix. Hoping to be able to continue to shop at this location, given you make paying with cash more accessible.

07-18-2023 08:24Terrible and pathetic employees and their support. Most of the employee tends to ignore or gets irritated if asked for some help or direction which they don’t aware about. Most of them seems college student got there without any proper knowledge. Not sure how they are getting jobs compare to other profiles having much better experiences. I observed the older employees much helpful, patient and attentive to customers though.
