06-30-2023 01:50They ordered the wrong part for my car and I was left waiting for an hour after my car was ready until I came up and asked what was going on. They said they didn't see me even though I was sitting in the waiting area and they have said the same thing before. They're supposed to send a text when the car is ready and they didn't both times they've left me waiting so it's not just an issue with new staff. They also broke the sensor on my new tires which made them leak. They fixed the sensor for free but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The hours are good and the staff are generally friendly but they have issues to work out. Their time is valuable but so is mine.

03-31-2023 17:46Went in yesterday to discuss replacing 14 year old tires on my 03 Tacoma. The staff really knew their stuff, found the tires I wanted and booked me in for the next morning. An hour and a half later, after being thoroughly entertained by watching a pro swap out the tires and a much overdue wheel alignment, I left a very happy customer. The staff at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and first rate. If truck tires weren't so expensive to replace I'd be back more often. Thank you for a great experience and we'll see you in 10 years.
