I’ve been driving Mazda for 9 years and will continue to do so. The vehicles are so reliable, great to drive and safe. I love the 10/10 service I get at Mazda and feel valued as a customer. Darren in service as well as all the other staff always go above and beyond to make each interaction feel important. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. And they are consistent! Well done!

All of the staff members at Freeway Mazda were super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and helpful. They were very understanding and took lots of care during each step of the process! You can tell they have a passion for their work and that work is not a burden! 10’s all across the boards! :D Peter and Eric were very professional and super helpful with everything in the process! They made the whole experience very fun and full of joy! Which is the personality of people that I like to work with!

I had a very positive experience buying my used Honda fit here. Arnie was a very welcoming and friendly sales representative. Financing was very understandable and easy to complete. The location had very nice accommodations for waiting, which I didn't have long of waiting. Sales head was very helpful too and everyone who helped me gave me a congratulations handshake and well wishes as I drove off. Over all this is made buying a car very easy and took the stress right out of it thanks to the staff.

My son purchased an EV from this dealership a month ago. The service was great especially with Tracey. She was patient for my son had a lot of questions and it was his first vehicle. Tracey also worked out a reasonable price and did her best according to my son's budget. Other staff were very helpful as well. Now he is very happy driving the car with great care. So far with no issue except the range dropped rapidly on one occasion. Maybe due to hot weather?

Glad to have the opportunity to get my favorite car, Mazda 3, at Freeway dealership! The whole sales process was very smooth and all the staff were really enthusiastic. Eric also great experience with him, Peter the whole company was an amazing experience treated you with open arms and made you feel welcome. Was going to purchase the same car at another location but didn’t feel right I was uncomfortable and so glad I stopped in at Freeway Mazda and ended up getting my deposit back from other store so that I could buy it here. He treated me as a valued customer, patiently answered all my questions, and I felt incredibly comfortable talking to him. To my surprise, Peter, the general manager, personally came to the office to welcome me. It's rare to see a sales manager go the extra mile and express gratitude to the customers. At the end of the process, he even walked me outside and congratulated me on my new purchase. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Eric, the business manager, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy-going.
