08-03-2023 05:23Most disappointing experience just to have my tires changed as my time was wasted. Was told that it would be done by an hour. When I returned at the hour mark I told the person at the front desk that I was waiting for my tires and they acknowledged me. I sat at the waiting area right beside the counters for another hour and a half and no one checked in. When I checked in again to ask what's happening with my tires they said that they called me. When I checked the number they had on file it was wrong. They have two numbers on file and the other one was correct. It seemed that they just gave up after the first try and never bothered to reach out again. Wasted so much of my time. It says a lot too when there was another guy in front of me complaining about his service and lack of communication towards him as well. This is my third time here and it's usually been okay. Not sure if anything changed with management this year but I would not go back anymore.
