TIP: If you purchase a bag of beans, you receive a complimentary espresso or Americano. They can also grind the beans for you as well if you don't have a grinder at home :) I enjoy this location. Bright and spacious and near the False Creek Seawall walk. The staff is always courteous and the location is pretty clean. The clientele respectfully practices social distancing, which I appreciate. For lunch, I like to enjoy their Ranchero wrap. It's a veggie option but with good protein from the egg and beans. A great option if you want something not too heavy or light.... and of course, a salted caramel cookie for dessert.

I don't usually go here, but this time I did. Very convenient for a nice walk on the seaside. We sat outside too, a few seats available. Good for people watching. Good coffee, even better cookie.

It is close to my office, so I came here to buy lunch. They have a few varieties of wraps, sandwiches, and breakfast sandwiches. Other than coffee beverages, they have juices, water and others. Their customer server was great. I had problems choosing the food that I liked, because they had many options that all of them tasted great. A server recommended what she thought was the best to me. That was great! I went with her choice and I liked it! Coffee here was great! All of my coworkers also agreed with that. Instead of going to Starbucks, they or we would prefer JJBeans. :) I am glad that JJBean is around the neighbourhood, so we can have more options on coffee and food other than Starbucks. It is always best to walk to this coffee shop. It is a bit hard to find parking on the streets because construction is going on all the time.

I go there often since I live in the neighborhood, the coffee and lattes are pretty good and we used to buy beans there sometimes. It's often busy and difficult to find a seat inside because of all the laptops. The service is a bit of a gamble, sometimes they are nice, sometimes they just ignore you or act rude even though you're being polite. That's probably because previously my partner didn't tip for a 20$ take away bag of beans that they handed him from the counter. For me, going for a coffee is usually a relaxing experience but this just makes me really uncomfortable.

Usually quite consistent with their mochas and I always enjoy the chicken wrap.

The area around the cafe is lovely and pretty quiet but the cafe itself is crowded most of the time and it's hard to find a good seat. The staff are friendly and the wraps are quite good. Their coffee is ok (definitely not one of the best coffees in town). It's good for study as they have small tables but probably not a good place for large gathering (4+ people).

This was my first visit at any of the JJ Bean locations. Had a great experience and the person named “Vonn” was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to offer me some good Vegan/Vegetarian food options. 10/10 for his great help and customer service.

First time at a JJ Bean, nice vibe, very clean and modern place. Friendly staff. I did find that their medium sized coffee was a noticeably smaller than other places, at first I thought they gave me a small by accident 😅 Was around $6. Good coffee in the end though.
