One of the best burger you can get and fries are amazing. Building and interior is very modern and stylish. Although the burgers are abit pricey but well worth it if you like a good burger.

We are hero burger fans but we do not like the location on Markham Rd in Markham... We have been twice and both times haven't been the typical quality food for hero burgers. We figured the first experience wasn't great because they just opened and they were working out the kinks. Just went today and service is about the same. Took forever to get our food - over 15 mins I usually get a burger with no bun and I remembered from last time I had minimal lettuce (normally I get at least 3-4 leafs at other locations and last time I had one there...). (*Note the rest of my veg/pickle was sparing as well, maybe 1-2 slices of pickles, jalapeno pieces of onion and maybe 1 slice of tomato.) So this time I asked for double the amount, and I got two leafs. Last time I had a normal amount of sauce, this time I would say I had some burger with my sauce. It was drowning in it, and I scraped it off to the side and it was still covered. ~ I know I could have asked for another if it was drenched but I really didn't want to wait another 20 mins for a new one ~. Needless to say, I think I will go back to the one at McCowan and hwy 7 (even tho the one on Markham Rd is less than 5 mins away from me).

We both got their NEW Smashed Burger Combo. These Smashed Burgers were AMAZING, it came with a juicy, caramelized 3oz Smashed Beef Patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles on their soft and fluffy Potato Bun, we were feeling fancy, so added crispy Beef Bacon, Fried Egg, and Sauteed Onions, it enhanced the flavour so much! We also upgraded both of the sides from Fries to Crunchy Chicken Strips and Mushroom Poutine, we highly recommend the Chicken Strips, they were crispy, tender, and the Ranch dip was PERFECT for it! Mushroom Poutine had a RICH gravy, a ton of Mushrooms, and Cheese Curds, gosh WHAT A MEAL!

Great atmosphere, amazing food. Thanks guys! The meat was a little dry and not hot off the grill kind, not better then Harvey or even mc Donalds, hey on the good side, the zucchini sticks and fries were awesome !

Amazing food, fresh and top quality. Aman placed my order, really awesome and super girl. Was really nice. She took order very well, i have been to many hero branches but out of all this one was the best and my permanent. She gave me poutine exactly like i asked, with extra crunchy fries. Burger was king of the game to be honest. I would recommend everyone to visit this branch and ask for Aman to prepare the meal because she is the one superstar there. 😊
