The Prairie Summit Shop Saskatoon / The North Face

Pretty embarrassing I’m in there grabbing clothes for my husband and I. I even left a stack of them at the till and confirmed I’m buying them. So my husband and I were asked 3 times in a row if we needed help and staff would not leave us alone. I even said NO we are fine! And had to stare at them for them to walk away. I had to say no we are fine 3 times in a row for the last woman to leave us alone. I stopped looking I intended to Buy more today, and Meanwhile the other white customers inside the store were left freely to browse on their own. I spent 460$ in this store today and it will be the LAST. Don’t go here, don’t waste your money. I’m so embarrassed and so is my Husband…

I earlier had posted a review of this store based on my experience trying to get a prices protection on a purchase. In the store it at first didn't go well. I was contacted by the General Manager Geoff Horn, and he has resolved the issue. I am happy with the outcome, and feel this location has stepped up, and been there for theirs customers. Thanks Geoff. Maybe one day I will see you in the store and thank you personally.

I have had a great experience in dealing with Lisa for my warranty claim. She was readily available for my needs and made necessary phone calls with effectiveness. I would highly recommend this establishment from the customer service I have received.

Great quality clothing at a premium price but also periodic sales.

If you like North Face brand clothing and outerwear this is the best store in Saskatoon to purchase from. They also will send in warranty repairs as needed back to North Face. I've never had any problems shopping here and would recommend.
