It's a great store with alot of the regular groceries for small family. Its smaller than the usual no frills store however they do have the essential stuff and fresh produce. There is the occasional sale prices however they tend to run out of the items pretty quick. I would recommend it for a small shopping trip or grabing a few items.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My cashier was wearing the most interesting eye shadow. Prices were not that bad.
