10-14-2023 06:37I was issued a gift receipt on a Christmas sweater a month ago, when I bought it, and I was reassured I was able to return it if my dad didn’t like it. Today the same woman at the till refused a return. The manager sided with her, saying “She told me she said you couldn’t return it yesterday” when I had bought this sweater a month prior. She lied about having an interaction with me yesterday and she lied about the return policy. I never ended up returning a $75 sweater that was simply the wrong size.

07-13-2023 07:00Don't buy jewelry from here. I got a septum ring once. It was painted black with fake red gems in it, and I got it for $19.99. I knew that it was painted black and that the gems were fake obviously, but what I didn't know was that the whole thing other than the part that goes through your nose was made out of copper. After maybe a month of constant wear, the paint started wearing off in the clamp part and the copper was turning the inside of my nose green. This was bothering me so I got a new one from AliExpress for less than $1 and it's so much better than the one from Spencer's. Recently I put the old one back on and I could smell the copper so clearly. You can get anything from this store somewhere else and it would be cheaper and better quality. $19.99 was way too much for the terrible quality of the septum ring.

06-25-2023 01:03I love the stuff they sell in Spencers, but the staff is unprofessional, rude, and clueless. I went there and bought 4 graphic tees for chirstmas presents, and when I got home I noticed that they hadn't removed the detector from one of the shirts, and I obviously cannot remove it myself because it spills ink on the shirt. So I went back to the store, and nicely explained what had happened. The lady there didn't even care that she inconvenienced my day, wasted my time, gas and money on parking to come all the way back to the mall to have this thing removed. They should offer a 10$ gift card at the very least to people when this sort of thing happens. It's unprofessional. Especially considering I have read other reviews on this exact same issue, and had friends of mine tell me they have had identical experiences to this one. Seems like this happens more than it should, and if it were any other store I feel as if they would care more. Love the store, hate the staff and unprofessionalism. For the amount of money they charge for shirts, or well anything in the store, it's ridiculous to have this happen a handful of times. People pay good money for the things in that store.

05-08-2023 15:020/5 Star if I can. Nice store, however, the employees not so much. A lady employee in the shop accused us that she SAW us open/break an item and that we hid the said item in a different shelf. Told us that there was a camera and continuously accused us of what she allegedly saw. Threatened us with the security camera, I told her that if she bothered to check, you'll see exactly what happened, which was grabbed the item which we saw was already ripped open, and placed it to a different shelf because we intended to grab one that wasn't ripped and put that away later or just buy it ripped. Glad to say that ruined my trip and definitely did NOT buy anything there.

05-02-2023 17:35Came in today to look at earrings, I asked the male working around 4pm today to check a price for me and he pulled out the earrings and I stood there waiting for a price but he ignored me and started chatting with his co-workers instead of checking the price. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and decided to leave. I definitely won't be returning.
