We had three rooms for three nights and on the second night we found bed bugs in one of our rooms. Customer service didn't have another room to accommodate us, and didn't seem too surprised or bothered that we had bugs. They offered us new sheets and said they'd clean the room for us. The next day the room wasn't cleaned, and we found another bed bug in another room. There was no money reimbursement for the issues, and service was horrendous.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Absolutely pathetic customer service. We checked into our room at 10:30, by 10:35 we were at the front desk asking for a refund. The toilet seat was disgusting and not cleaned, there were visible bugs on the carpet and bathroom floor. The room smelt like mold. The guy at the front desk kept walking away from us saying he wasn’t giving us our money back. We tried to negotiate even 50% refund and they refused. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I booked the hotel for my family and my cousin’s family for the weekend. We booked 2 rooms from the 2nd september to the 4th September. Both rooms were filthy. The carpets had a horrible stench and was sticky. The air con released a bad odour. The toilets and showers were filthy. The room service was non existent and didn’t clean anything. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. Our bathroom door had marks on it and didn’t lock. The showers and bath/toilet had stains. The walls were dirty and had not been painted or cleaned in the last 20 years. The company advertised the rooms to look nice and elegant but it was the complete opposite. We have never stayed in such a bad hotel in our lives. They even forgot to give us more pillows. The smell made us feel sick and ill and it was so dusty. When i complained to the person at the desk they remained silent. They do not vacuum or clean the rooms. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Where is the 0 star? Man WHERE DO I START... this place is nasty. No one cleans. Garbage under the beds. Sheets are very dirty with stains on the blankets Like blood, gum and food stains. The carpet had garbage all over it. I kept praying we doing get sick. I had to clean the place upon arrival. The shower curtain are super old like more the 5 years all the dirt on it. The tub has all mold around. The bathroom was nasty. We booked this for a few days. It was by far the worst I tell you. I repeat the WORST. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. SOME PUBLIC BATHROOMS ARE CLEANER THEN THIS PLACE.

Never stay here!!! No customer service at all!! Place is not cleaned properly at all!! I got pink eye from sleeping on the pillows that are apparently cleaned daily…. Security in the rooms is not there at all!! The windows do not lock and had to find a broom handle outside of the room to lock the window as there were people who were on the balcony who heard everything we were saying and could of went into our rooms!! Management denies EVERYTHING and says they can not do anything after you stayed there!! STAY AWAY!! Save your money

It is worst experience with this. 1) They charge you in advance without your consent even you have booked from Expedia which is clear mentioned in policy that you have to pay 100% at the time of check in 2) Room is not cleaned 3) No Hand wash , No door mats, No mats outside shower cabin, No Slippers ,Even there is no water not sure how they run this business 4) I met one guy in Parking he complaint about bed bugs , be careful before visiting.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at what can only be described as a repulsive Motel. My experience was so dreadful that I feel compelled to share my thoughts and warn others to steer clear of this establishment. Let's begin with the cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof. Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by a foul odor that lingered throughout my entire stay. The carpets were stained and sticky, and it seemed as though they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The bathroom was no better; it was filthy, with mold and mildew covering the walls and a lingering stench that made me question the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene. The condition of the amenities was equally revolting. The bedsheets were stained and threadbare, making me cringe at the thought of sleeping on them. The pillows were flat and lumpy, providing no comfort whatsoever. The furniture in the room was worn out and falling apart, giving the impression that the hotel had never invested in proper maintenance. The service at this establishment was abysmal. The staff members were unhelpful and indifferent, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. When I attempted to voice my complaints, I was met with apathy and dismissive responses. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The overall atmosphere of the Motel was gloomy and depressing. The common areas were poorly lit and neglected, creating an unwelcoming ambiance. The lack of any decent dining options or recreational facilities further contributed to the dismal experience. To top it all off, the location of the Motel was far from ideal. It was situated in a sketchy neighborhood, with little to no access to public transportation or nearby attractions. This made it incredibly inconvenient for me to explore the city and enjoy my stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this repugnant hotel. The lack of cleanliness, dismal amenities, terrible service, gloomy atmosphere, and unfavorable location all contribute to an absolutely dreadful experience. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for accommodation that actually values its guests' comfort and satisfaction.

My friend and stayed here on the weekend. July 22 2023. I found the hotel through Expedia. I realize that the hotel is undergoing renovations but they need to make sure that even the older rooms are acceptable. Our curtains were missing several curtain hooks so were not hung up straight. The bathroom door had wood striped off it and some sort patch paint job done on it. There were no plugs in the sink or shower. Not that I would have a bath in that old tub. The telephone to the front desk was on the floor in the closet. No hangers in closet. The air conditioner didn't work that great. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. We just needed a place to lay out heads so we stayed. The breakfast in the morning was hot enough and coffee was good. They need to pay a more attention to making the rooms more organized and tidy looking. These little details are important. A bonus is that there is a WeGo bus stop right out front and for $3 you can ride to different places in the tourist areas.
