I do not recommend this as your place to stay while on vacation. We got the king room and there were places in the ceiling where the plaster had come off that had not yet been repaired. On Saturday, my wife and I were taking a nap after a long morning of walking and the hotel decided to renovate the room right next to us. There was a bunch of banging around that woke us up. A drunk man sang for three hours one night about 10 to 1 in the morning, before I got sick of it and went and asked the hotel clerk to put a stop to the situation. When I went to the lobby, I could still hear the man from there, so obviously the clerk must of heard as well. The hallways smelled of smoke and had a stench of something really bad, not sure what. On the way down the stair the trash was in bags at the bottom. The trash outside was overflowing. This was by far the worst hotel experience ever. My wife and I finally caved in and went to a nicer hotel for no much more per night. The worst part is there is no refund so I was out the extra nights that I stayed.

Really bad experience! Fist of all not a goos customer service. It took almost half an hour waiting at the entrence to get someone for our check in... Then there was sand/dirt on the sheets and when we called the front desk the guy did not really care and I took him forever to come up with some clean sheets and made us make our own beds.... Plus they advertise their pool so much and when we got there it was so dirty that we didn't use it... Oh and I did not talk abojr the smell of the place !!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our 2 day stay. You know, at first glance, I thought this hotel was gonna be really terrible, but I was wrong! The rooms were great! The owner is relatively new to this business so I have faith that the hotel will be even better as he goes along

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, the room is very clean. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to Niagara Falls again.

I booked this room for a recent visit. Knowing I would be driving through the night and wouldnt arrive till the morning I called them and spoke to them about it and they said they notated it on my account. I then proceed to show up and be turned away due to it being to early to check in for a new room until a 20 minute argument later about when I booked the room for. They then gave me a room that had no clean beds, no cold water, a broken AC and a bad wifi connection. The next day when I went to check out I was told I was intentionally given a poor room due to when I checked in and not only were they aware of the issues, they did not care. I was then refunded 40 dollars of the 160 I paid to stay there for the three days I initially paid making it cost me 120 dollars to stay in a horrible hotel room for 12 hours. Terrible place, rude people and not to be trusted

Great price, good location about 20 minutes walk to the falls. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The rooms are clean but not overly fancy. For the price this was great value! Will go again if ever in town.

Don’t do it. Spend a few more dollars and get a nicer place. This place was not good. Sink was clogged and stuff came up afraid to shower and use the water. Cleaned up with bottled water. Television doesn’t work, pool was not suitable for any human or animal to go in, lady at the front desk was confused, and no elevator. We lugged our baggage up three flights of stairs. Also when we checked in couldn’t find our reservations, all around a disaster. I would never stay here again in my life.

Filthy. Carpet was disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted by a cockroach running across the room. Couch was stained and filthy. Toilette was not cleaned from previous user with urine stains all over it. Holes in walls, floors and bathroom falling apart. Staff seemed good and at least white bed sheets were clean. If you are turned off by old run down places then stay away.
