Cozy House B&B

Our stay in Cozy Inn was a wonderful experience. The owners live on the property and also take care of all guests' needs. They obviously love what they do, which gave a very personal touch to our vacation to Niagara Falls. The place and neighborhood are pretty quiet, and only a 10-min walk to the falls (which can be appreciated only when you get there and see all the crowds, heavy traffic, and no parking). We were lucky to get the largest of the three rooms, which had a huge bathroom -- completely unexpected of a cozy inn. Cleanliness is kept to the highest standard. I'd been worried about the bed, since my back can hurt when sleeping on soft mattresses, but their bed was amazing, and a very good investment on the owners' part. Breakfast was an experience on its own, served on a large table that can seat 8 people, decorated with silverware and real china dishware (not cheap melamine ones common to Bu0026Bs in general). We really enjoyed having breakfast with other guests at that large table and being served and entertained by the very owners. Food was amazing, but even more so was the warm and homy atmosphere the owners created for all of us that morning.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Golden Room for my thirtieth birthday, and really enjoyed our time. The house is within walking distance of the Falls, but far enough away that you can't hear the craziness of the main drag. Breakfast was amazing every morning! There was a large spread of food, and Alexandra was even able to accommodate my vegan girlfriend. Dan was quick to give advice on where to go and what to do. The hosts clearly enjoy what they do. I really can't recommend this place highly enough! I'm very glad that we stayed here and not in one of the big corporate hotels.

This was such a great place to stay. Impeccable hospitality, charming home, close to everything. I would stay here again anytime.

Johnson was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We had projected to arrive later than we did, but after a quick text to our host there was no issue. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a one night stay. The place was a quick walk to the falls, easily accessible. Breakfast was great; fresh fruit, scones, and eggs Benedict. Would definitely recommend!

Johnson u0026 Lisa made our stay so memorable, not only by being so attentive and genuinely wanting our stay to be the best possible, but by providing very private and clean accommodations with parking included; an amazing nutritious and delicious breakfast each day; and a very comfortable bed. Additionally a small bar fridge in the room was stocked with complementary beverages! The location is superb given how close it is to the Falls and many of the attractions. Yet it is also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get a great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends.

My wife and I attended the Cozy Inn on Friday to Saturday and have to say that I was very impressed with the place. The place was very clean, cozy, beautiful and the hospitable. I made a special request for roses when we got there to celebrate our anniversary and they went out of there way to have a florist come in and set up a beautiful spread of rose pedals and roses throughout the room. My wife was very happy and surprised and I was very appreciative. Highly recommend this place A ++++

Everything about this place was fantastic! If I ever need a place to stay at in Niagara Falls whenever I visit, Cozy House Bu0026B is the place for me! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay at whenever visiting this city. Also, the gentleman who runs this place (Jonathan) is a gracious host and a very nice man! Please keep up the excellent work!
