Richa, is absolutely amazing, amazing customer service. I switched cellphone providers to chatr. She was very thorough going over the plan with me. Took not even 5 minutes to switch my current number over and activate my new phone and set up pre authorized payments. She gave me her card so I could contact act her directly, instant of calling customer service and having to wait. As for chatr itself I find the service just the same as my old provider but cheaper by 80 dollars. So happy I found a new cellphone provider that is affordable with a better plan. Highly recommend chatr.

Friendly staff, efficient service. No complaints. Got a good deal on a handset for a temporary replacement to a broken phone. Thanks Chatr Fairview Mall.

I couldn’t change my plan. The website is full of bugs. When I sign in in the app it doesn’t even move on from the login page. Idk is the chatr under maintenance?

The best thing I liked about it was the customer service. Getting the work done is another thing but having great customer service which you would like to go again for is another thing.
