11-09-2023 12:53Last night my son and I went for some snacks. Erin greeted us personally and warmly. She made our trip as my son was overtired and did not want to go to the store for milk and snacks. She offered to bag our groceries and even pointed out a coin on the floor near the exit for my son’s piggy bank which helped get him back out to the car and excited to head home with his snacks. Her bright and bubbly personality, caring customer service and way with young kids is outstanding! I super appreciated all of the above after a long summer day! (Not complaining in anyway I enjoy the summer off with my son and pets but by after dinner I’m exhausted) also I am so very thankful for the produce section to grab bananas and salad stuff now too when we go for our essentials u0026 faves! Thank you Erin and shoppers for being amazing!

07-10-2023 04:56I like this shoppers I take one star off for the manager.wrong job for that chick no customer service wut so ever.very unpleasant. I went there with my adult daughter,same service.done nothin to ruffle her feathers.i read on here about her ,well I didn't know her name but figured out by the comments.if u want to b in Customer service u should b pleasant not chasing the customers away

05-10-2023 05:47Unfortunately I’ve had a frustrating experience with this pharmacy. The last 3 times in a row , my dr has sent them my prescription and they have made significant errors on it . For example telling me that one of the medications isn’t on it etc or the dosage isn’t what it should be , and my dr has shown me copies of the prescription faxes , that have been sent to this shoppers with the correct dosage and all the medications . This has happened three times in a year and each time my dr has had to resend the same prescription twice . Each time I’m being charged multiple dispensing fee’s one for an emergency supply I have to ask for because they tell me the dose or medication isn’t on my prescription, and then when my dr resends the same prescription, and they finally fill it correctly , and I go get it , I’m being charged a second dispensing fee. I’ve never experienced this situation ever with a pharmacy , I don’t have time to call my dr to resend my prescriptions every time and go to the pharmacy for an emergency supply while I wait , and again when they finally fill it properly , So I have switched to another pharmacy and won’t be going back here . Medication is a serious thing you need done right and with this constantly happening , it’s very very stressful.

03-28-2023 08:33I was just at the pharmacy and asked for a medication that is covered by FNHA. When I asked for help from the pharmacist, they responded that they don’t know how to do that and to go somewhere else. She said that her boss says that to people so it’s what she tells people. Management at this location are being willfully ignorant and creating barriers for Indigenous people.
