Andrew makes sure all of my machines are custom built to my liking and is quick to send out a mechanic if needed. His mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have just bought my Juki 1541-S machine from International Sewing Machine Group. From start to finish my purchasing experience was very professional. Not only did he spend additional time with me talking machines he also knows everything about sewing needles and their designs etc..
