I went as I was searching for a screen protector for my phone. I was very satisfied of the customer service. The staff is friendly and the man who helped me answered very clearly to all my questions about the different types of screen protectors. He also gave me a hammer test demonstration, and I had good recommendations so I was able to make my choice. He never tried to sell me the most expensive, but the most accurate to protect my phone as it has a curved screen. I highly recommend!

Had a last minute accident with my phone and needed to get my phone fixed before heading out of province for work. The damages to the phone presented a lot of challenges, however, Joey and Kamal pulled out all the stops and worked right up to close, even were willing to stay late. Got it done and put me back on the road. Very impressed. A special thank you to Joey and the team there.

Went in to this mobile repair shop to see if they would fix my camera lenses glass on a Pixel 7. They told me they didn't have the part but would absolutely be able to fix it. I was extremely pleased with this answer because I had been to numerous other repair shops and they all told me they didn't fix Google phones. Alexei ordered the specific part needed and it arrived at the stated time. They had my phone fixed in less than a half hour and at the agreed upon price. My husband visited another store and needed his SIM card switched in his phone. Without going into details…They were not very helpful. We walked into this store and were immediately helped. Not only did they help switch his SIM they made sure it worked and gave him a tool to help swap it if he needed to switch it again. We just were searching for the tool for a quick 1 second job and they went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

These guys are great, fast and efficient! I spent almost 2 weeks trying to get my phone fixed by another place that kept telling me they would order a part for me and the part never came.... walked into mobile klinik, they had the part and fixed my phone in a timely fashion! 10 out of 10 recommend! I've dealt with MK a couple of times recently, and I have found every member of staff to be friendly, approachable, and professional, both on the phone and in person. My dealings have been in relation to some insurance warranty work. Alexei's advice has been very helpful, and I am confident that any work that they undertake will be of the same high standard.
