This is a great company to work with in terms of getting an auto loan, but a special shoutout is needed for the gentleman who helped me. They ripped my friend off. Sold her a 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe, and now it has broken down at the side of the road, and she had to get CAA to tow it herself. On top of that, she only got that vehicle delivered to her 2 weeks ago. Now, this place refuses pay for any repairs. They will only pay for the diagnostics. A rather very poor customer service. From what I understand, when a customer has a problem with the vehicle within 30 days, they are responsible for all repairs as well as diagnostics. The fact they gave her a gas guzzling vehicle when she asked for a smaller vehicle is ridiculous. Worst auto dealership. Stay far away from this dealership. Thanks.
