10-10-2023 16:14Tim in used cars is great! He was very responsive, knew his stuff, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted! Andy the sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating. The process was very smooth and I love my new car. I have no experience with the service side of the dealership and will return for another review if it's less than 5 stars. 09-23-2023 14:08The service at this dealership is very poor. My company has several leases at this dealership. It's been impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Over the past three years, I've found the service to be quite cold and unfriendly. Overall, it's been an unpleasant experience just to get a basic tire swap. I won't be getting another lease here.
