Very inconsistent service. Price changes from one visit to another. Unfortunately experienced what one reviewer claimed..was charged extra at pick up. Very disapointing.

My wife took my suit in to be dry cleaned yesterday for pick up today. She thought the lady said $56 and she wanted cash. I told her she obviously didn't hear correctly. When I went to pick it up I found out she did. Called Hillary's - same day if in before 9 am u003d $24. I SO believe in shopping local. This is just a cash grab . Orleans Browns Cleaners you are a rip off.

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for years. I also get my suits hemmed as needed. Always great service and ready on time.

Awesome owner! Awesome business! Sent in my only suit for cleaning prior to store shutdown due to COVID-19, and the owner went out of his way to make sure I still got my suit cleaned and returned to me. Will definitely be coming back again! A++

Why does Brown's cleaners charge a 200% premium on Canada Goose over a standard Goose Down Jacket? The dry cleaning process is the same. Why are you ripping off the public? Alternatively if a regular goose down jacket is less than 1/2 price of Canada Goose why are you cleaning them with sub-standard processes? Something is drastically wrong with your system and It certainly appears this is a case of gouging!!
