SDC Carpet Cleaning

I am quite pleased with the results. I would say technician was courteous and very thorough. From initial call to completion of my carpets they were very professional. I would certainly use them again.

SDC achieved excellent results on our carpets (commercial building) and in restoring the grout to its original condition even in high traffic areas. Émilie was always a pleasure to deal with -- punctual, professional and with great attention to detail. Very reasonably priced as well, especially for the quality of the work and the amazing results.

I was afraid we were going to have to replace our carpets, but SDC got the stains out even though it took them a lot of effort. They did a wonderful job. The carpets and upholstery look like new!

The company calls itself carpet cleaning but that's only half the story. I had SDC over to clean the grout in my kitchen, 1/2 bath, hallway, and laundry room. Of course, the kitchen was the worst. Tile was laid in 1999. about 10 years ago a different company cleaned and sealed - didn't last. SDC on the other hand did a superb job. They removed residue from previous company and thoroughly cleaned the grout and then sealed it with an appropriately colored sealer of my choice. It's more like grout renewal than just cleaning and sealing. Typical kitchen splatters on the grout are as easy to wipe as if the spill was on the tile itself. There was some grout damage here and there about 12 inches in one or two inch pieces. The grout was repaired and sealed. We were so happy with results in the kitchen that about 5 months later, after the Covid restrictions were lifted, I hired them to do the rest of the tile. The price is reasonable, a fraction of the cost of regrouting and without the mess. Customer service is beyond compare - believe me I have a lot of experience with service providers, repair and remodel companies. I highly recommend SDC, you will be happy that you accepted my advice.

These folks did a fabulous job on my carpets and a couple of armchairs. On short notice from me, they arrive very promptly and had to go over the living room carpet a few times (very soiled) but they got it looking fresh and clean. The price was very reasonable. Recommend highly!

SDC (Lawrence) was excellent to deal with. Came to our home within 90 minutes and did an excellent job savings our carpets after a water pipe split. Highly recommend.
