Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I was in town for only a few days and needed some pants hemmed. I saw a sign that said you can get alterations done while you shop. I was flying out the next day so I thought I may drop off my pants to get them fixed. I was surprised when the lady told me to come back next week. I told her I needed them as soon as possible I was leaving in a day. She told me to come back the next day at 4 PM. That was cutting it very close as I was flying out late that night. Nevertheless, I made an effort to get out of my way to come back to pick them up only to find out they have not even been touched. I was pretty angry and demanded her to refund me. She wanted me to sit down and she would do it in 10 minutes. I refused to have a quick 10 minute job done on my pants and told her I’ll go somewhere else. Worse off, she could not even issue me a refund. She was fiddling around with the machine for almost 20 minutes not knowing what to do. I will never set foot at this place. Terrible customer service, and absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service terrible! My husband took two pairs of Commando leggings that I had marked the correct length for shortening and the request for blind hems on both. He did not check them when he picked them up and at home, we discovered that the leather pair was simply cut at where they had been marked and a blind hem had not been done on either item as requested. What did we ever pay for? Will never go back

The worse place ever, they ruined my dress right before the wedding, they are beginners at best. They are definitely not professionals. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Sita, apparently the best among them, did a horrible job.

Nikki was very kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. I was quite nervous to have my prom dress altered since it had a unique hem but it came out even better than I expected!! Will be coming back soon!

I love this place. Naila did an excellent job for the outfit. I wanted a change for waist because it was a little loose. She is quick and efficient, thanks girl. I’ll definitely come back for other outfits.
