Did a exchange yesterday with a lady at the cash. Gave in my peachy 🍑 tie dye shorts for a black and white tie dye sweat pants 👖. She was really nice. Also the manager helped me...he's got alot of tats but he needs more lol Oh yeah Alston was the guy who helped me at the beginning..great employees what a wonder team 👏 I will be back soon VANS! Went to this store on 18th December, 2022 to buy myself some MTE shoes for the winter. The store has some really good collection and their buy one get one 50% off deal was pretty good. I would like to specifically mention the excellent customer service provided by the associate named Anthony; he's the dude with the long hair. He was super attentive, spoke about the features of the MTE shoes and how MTE 1 is different from MTE 2 and MTE 3. I am a picky shopper and he was so calm and patient throughout and happily went to the back of the store and came out with other sizes, colours and models I was asking for many times for me and my girlfriend. I even felt bad for asking him for other colours and sizes until I found exactly what I was looking for but he never once showed any attitude or impatience. He even helped other customers while also helping me! Anthony NEEDS to be promoted to Store Manager. Everyone can learn about excellent customer service and attentiveness from him. The best shopping experience I ever had from any clothing/accessories store ever in Canada. Period!

Wasn't planning on buying any shoes but Simryn and Daniella were too good and I ended up buying my first two pairs of vans. I asked if they had any additional colours and Simryn advised she had another colour in the back. Daniella comes out with the pair in seconds and I've fallen in love with them. The shoes I mean! Great customer service.

Our daughter loves Vans shoes and clothing and here we can find good offers anytime we visit. Last offer was buy one get one for 50% , really good deal. We love the quality of clothing that looks as new after multiple washes. Store is not big, but offers a rich collection. Will definitely visit again.
