Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Great store with a lot of choices. Darlene helped us out and she was super nice and professional and gave us a lot of great advice. She went out of her way to help us find the right size from other location and even called me to make sure I received the clothes. This is the first time I shop at RL and I will definitely come back.

Great clothes, good quality and equally good price

One of my favorite brands to wear. Always in Polo or Roots apparel . Had a bad experience at this location on Tuesday the 22nd of June. Fourth time shopping in this location after the move. I usually get my Polo from The Bay . But here goes ....... I go in find Polo sweat suits all the same sku different colors. I am looking to grab 3 full suits and do . I then noticed that some had been marked lower then others. As before Polo usually is honest and honors they're lower price. I mean it's the stores mistake no ? Not this time a gentleman by the name of Kenith made a bit of a scene over it. Out of 6 items two had been marked wrong or higher. Instead of just letting it go he decided to put me on the spot about it. Was not happy at all ! Told him I will take it up with corporate. His customer service was absolutely atrocious. While the other associates apologized after for the mishap. Honestly on almost a thousand dollar receipt. This fella couldn't take the twenty dollars off. I was quite disappointed when I left the store . Thank you to the rest of the sales team they tried they're best👌🏽.

Great store with more selection than the Chicago one. Anuja helped us and she was amazing. Highly recommend.

Ralph Lauren is one of my favourite brands! I always stop in when I’m in the area. Great to see this location in Vaughn Mills. The layout is pretty typical of a RL factory store. Clean and always well merchandised with lots of value to be found on many different items. Staff are always visible and available and I always find them to be polite and helpful. Good job RL on training and hiring! There is something for everyone at RL. A wide selection of styles from casual to dressy for young or old. Quality is always evident in this brand and it is worth signing up for their email offers or rewards. Change rooms are spacious and clean and I didn’t have to wait. Will shop here again!

Lol got kicked out for having a drink in my hand, didn’t know stores still did this. You turned away a customer when your products have 1000% margins. Who cares if it gets damaged

I am a loyal customer of Polo Ralph Lauren and I have been shopping this brand all over the world for the past 20 years. I have always been treated well in every single store from Canada to USA, Germany, Netherlands and … today I went to Vaughn Mills shopping mall and I spent more than 3 hours at Ralph Lauren outlet and I picked more than 50 items. The salesperson was very helpful and professional as usual but when I went to the cash, the lady there who claimed to be the manager started arguing with me over a wrong price of a pant. Size 35 of the same product was labeled $79.99 but size 36 was labeled $125.00. This is very usual specially at outlet locations but she insisted that different sizes have different price and she started yelling and throw the pant at me in front of my son. I was shocked and then the real manager of the store came and I found out that that girl was the supervisor not the manager and … I never go again to this store and never recommend this store to anyone.
