Excellent experience as always. Knowledgeable sales staff that are so nice and helpful. Can't get that shopping on the internet. Beautiful selection of clothes, many on sale. Don't pass up a chance to shop here, whether you need casual, workday or special event clothes. My purchase of the day...a multi colored tunic. Cute for work. (Not a great pic but really nice top. Love the colors)

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! A week ago I bought a dress for my pregnant wife because she was not able to go the store and try it. I bought it, the cashier advised me that I had 14 days for returning fully refund. My wife tried the dress and didn’t fit her, I returned today after 7 days, the manager a fat lady checked the dress and says why you didn’t bring sooner, I said I was working my wife was not able to drive, she said Because 7 days passed the dress was worn and she didn’t consider refund or store. Just said you could have returned earlier. I the worst experience ever Never go again to this location

Shokoh at Laura Retail Store provided an outstanding shopping experience. She welcomed me warmly, knew everything about the products, and really cared about what I liked. Her fashion sense was spot-on, and she kept things chill and fun.

When in comes to your work we all want to have great fitting clothes, at Laura you will find that and more! I went to the Promenade location and they were closed so I wanted to check out a nice Pink Blazer I had been eyeing online for awhile. The manager at Vaughan mills was kind and placed the items on hold for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Alveena. Being from a Indian and Guyanese background, I feel she really understood me. I explained to her that I love the fuschia and we went around the store together. Her attention to customer detail is outstanding. I hope she is promoted to a Store Manager. She constantly kept coming to check on me to make sure I was okay. She kept taking things back and forth to the change room to make my life easier. I am usually shy when clothes shopping and rarely ask for help, but Alveena took time to get to know me and helped me so much at my visit. Being plus sized we feel like the whole world is against us in the clothing department, but at Laura they have all the sizes. Traveling from India to Toronto, I'm always looking for nice dresses or jackets and I'm glad I found a great store with unlimited selection and honest staff.

I walked into the store not 10 minutes ago to check out a coat, and 3 employees walked up to us, and treated us like we were beneath them and the store, asked us inappropriate personal questions, making us feel uncomfortable and made me not want to spend money in the store, and I will be telling friends and family to not spend their money there. Since we're too poor to be shopping there. At least, that's how your staff made us feel.

Walked in there yesterday, and was quickly approached by 3 staff members offering to help, but then seemingly 'stalked' me ... they wouldn't take their eyes off me, followed me around the store, made me feel so uncomfortable, I left!

Knowledgeable staff with good service and a large selection. The store also ships to house or another store at NC if your size or colour is not available. No hassle returns too !

Sales Associate Alveena helped my daughter find the perfect dress. Store Manager Claudia was very accommodating to come up a solution with the dress. Everyone was professional, friendly shopping was stress free. I would highly recommend this location
