KATHAN named the employee was very rude and disrespectful . Very pathetic customer service . He insulted us and denied to buy products even after having canadian photo ID . He disrespected and kicked out people who accompanied me.

Very specious with a lot of collection, but i felt staffs are not much support or i might have visited during the wrong shift. LOL

Pathetic experience where Jazzmine said I had to remove my respirator, because she found it impossible to properly ID me. Apparently a balding man with grey in his hair and laugh lines buying vintage wines is secretly 19 years old.

Worst service and experience ever. There was a cashier lady at this store on the billing counter. Her name was KIM. We were 3 people, 2 of us were holding beer, and 1(myself) was just standing on a side with empty hands. She asked IDs of the other 2 guys, which was okay, but she asked my ID, which didn't really make any sense for any of us. Still, we all 3 showed her IDs without saying a single word. After that, she stereotyped us and jusged us based on outlr race(Indian) and she called the other cashier(Indian) and asked him to explain to us why they needed to see an ID. She just assumed that we are not from here, and thats why we might dont know english very well and called the indian cashier to get involved and make us understand their rules. We have been living here for the past 6 years, and we know the rules very well and always cooperate with the policies to avoid unnecessary arguments, but this one was really pathetic and hurtful to us.

Pathetic experience at this LCBO. I was not allowed to purchase the drinks without ID just because i touched the bottles aNd my friend was carrying an ID.. the lady at the counter won't let us in even after i got my ID from home.

The homeless people that sit out front of the store have very good drug dealers just offer them a half G to order an 8 ball. I never really been inside for the alcohol

Staff went out of their way to assist me with a return. Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Thank You LCBO staff, your assistance was appreciated .
