Hotel Rialto

We stayed three nights and got good deal thru Ferry Service.Room was on second floor and away from street.And little street noise.Nice Bathrooms hot water and good pressure.Plenty of towels.Nice Lounge on site.Easy Cab ride to Ferry Landing.China Town easy walk.Heads up Money Place across street will not change US currency.A few Homeless on Douglas St.But it felt mostly safe.Would stay again.

The hotel has really comfortable beds, awesome pillows, great water pressure, and atmosphere. There is a slight smell to the hotel that is not completely unpleasant. It kind of smells like old books. It's unfortunate that the parking is limited and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The hotel does have a good security system in place to combat the neighborhood issues. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again.

Just spent a very pleasant night at the Rialto! Bed was very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful, location was superb! Regarding previous reviews about the noise: we stayed in 107 u0026 yes there was some street noise but I am a light sleeper u0026 slept like a baby! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel looks good, clean; the lady at front desk is very nice and sweet. Just don’t understand that why some basic needs of customers like slippers, toiletries, water etc. are not provided in the room. 🤷🏻u200d♀️

Stayed here for two nights recently and found the location fantastic in downtown Victoria, the staff insanely lovey and helpful and the room cozy. Bed was super comfy and the pillow were nice and solid, not like the ones that just sink right through when you lay down. It was perfect for someone with acid reflux who needs to prop myself up from time to time. Had two great night’s sleep and didn’t find it loud (was on the third level). Parking can be tricky, sure, but the staff were great at providing directions. Thank you Hotel Rialto!

This hotel was nice for our 1-night stay. You can park outside the hotel for 10-15 mins while checking in which was super convenient. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We were provided with a map to find the hotel's parking due to the one-way streets. The hotel's parking is not attached to the hotel but not far away either. It is underground, safe and easily accessible. The room was quite small, not much space to walk around between the bed, night tables, desk and bathroom. The bathroom floors were heated, but the bathroom itself (shower, etc.) could use updated parts (shower head, etc.). The bed was decently comfortable. The TV was equipped with a Chromecast which was super helpful when wanting to stream our own content. The location was great and the hotel locks at 8pm onwards, making it only accessible safely via hotel room key. The check-out process was fast and smooth. Thank you hotel Rialto!
