Great staff and awesome cleaners

Housing not hotel. There is a lot of messed up stuff that happens here. The cops are here everyday. Lots of deaths here since January this year 10+ so far this year.

This building is not clean or safe there is a drug injection room downstairs it is very noisy tons of cop calls to the building and even though maintenance is downstairs things do not get repaired within the building very quickly

This place is not a regular hotel it's a low income housing accommodation called sro single room occupancy .So people rent rooms month to month here.WE HAVE OUR SHOP IN THE BASEMENT HERE VERY BIG ROOMY PLACE

It's not an actual hotel, but an SRO (single room occupancy) social housing apartment building full of hard core drug users and mentally ill adults. Its basically an insane asylum pretending to be an apartment building.

Horrible living place for low-income tenants. Just found out my friend was dead under bed for seven days there. And over seven people I've met have died there in the past 6 months

Do people know that this is a sro? Cool history though. Used to be one of the best dive bars in Vancouver with good music, than turned to a strip club, now run by the government to house low income people
