I had a hard time finding a good place to alter my clothes and I found this place by chance! The owner is super nice and accommodating to your style and she makes sure each piece of clothing is exactly the way you wanted fitted! Even after my clothes got altered she asked me to try them on to see if theres any other changes needed. Overall had a good experience and will be back! 👍🏻

It was my first time visiting this store all the way from UBC. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the results. I look so much better and fitter with these ‘new’ pant. It was so worth it, her friendliness and hard work was impressive. Im looking forward to visit again this time with many more clothes. I would recommend this to everyone who wants a fitter look. I was looking for a good place to repair my pants and encountered this shop but it was so amazing!! The owner is pretty professional and passionate about her work. I’m grateful for her work and so satisfied with it. I highly recommend this shop if you have clothing for repair!

I attended to have two cotton (Hollister brand) t-shirts and a scarf dry cleaned, in an attempt to have minor stains removed from them. I was quoted 30 dollars per t-shirt, and 40 dollars for my scarf. I accepted, paid, and was advised to pick up the articles 5 days later. I had visited rather close to closing, around 1740, and had second thoughts that evening about the total cost. I called on opening at 1030 the next morning to request a return and refund of the articles, but was advised they had already been sent for cleaning and this was not possible. (I do not fault the owner for this; once something is out the door, it isn't reasonable to expect it back) When I returned to collect, both shirts were presented to me with the stains unmoved. I also noticed that, as suspected, I had been deliberately over-charged; the owner had indicated my t-shirts were sweaters, despite a clear area on the bill available for shirts. No bill adjustment was offered, or requested. Inquiries with other establishments yielded prices quotes between 50 and 60 percent less for the three pieces, quite likely because of the sweater vs shirt discrepancy. I take ownership of the costs I was billed here because I wanted to support a local business, but paying over 100 dollars for minimal actual benefit still stings quite a bit. However, misrepresenting the scope of work, and the fact that my clothes returned in substantially the same state as I had checked them in leads me to be very disappointed in both the results and ethics of this location. Further, when I politely requested to take a picture of my bill upon collection, the owner appeared apprehensive and attempted to discourage me from doing so. I insisted, for the benefit of this review. I wish to be clear that this review is based primarily on the ethical case and secondarily on poor cleaning results. I believe in honest business practices, and do not believe this business transacted with me in good faith. The decision to pay, lack of comparison shopping, and my being too late to refund are my responsibility, and do not affect my star rating or view of this business. I will not be returning, and strongly recommend others consider alternatives as well. Always be sure to comparison shop and secure multiple quotes in advance. You will likely be rewarded with significant savings.

Amazing at what she does. She was recommended for alteration by Hugo Boss at the airport outlet in Vancouver and I happen to live in the area. From alterations to dry cleaning to a quick fix of sewing a lost button, she does it all. Very kind and professional, and quick service as well. Will definitely be back!
