I want to thank Sharma and the team for making this appliance buying experience so easy and inexpensive. The team has a great deal of knowledge on what works best in different home layouts, and patiently explained to us the pros and cons of each brand we considered. I want to thank Sharma again for taking the time out to review our floor plans, making adjustments based on our changing needs, and even personally delivering a missing part to my home. Teletime was a much more affordable option compared to other retailers we met with, and the most customer-centric.

Terrible customer service. Sharma has been playing hooky on our calls for 2+ months now, when we have a $700+ warranty on our washer and dryer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unbelievable. Would never recommend to anyone.
